I would particularly like to thank Patsy for taking the extra time on Saturday to help me view properties, Glenda, for contacting me to arrange viewing times, professionalism and positive attitude and Breigh who has a very polite, delightful phone manner and was extremely helpful with my questions. From our correspondence, I really felt that I would like to rent a property from LJ Hooker, Nerang as their kindness and work ethics were well above others I have spoken with. Your team really do go above and beyond. On Saturday, Glenda rang me to confirm a viewing (and I think to ensure I was traveling safely). Upon my arrival at your office, Glenda had suggested 2 other properties for my perusal and she had asked Patsy to take time out of her Saturday to show me the rentals after she finished with her already appointed viewings. In my opinion, the effort that both Glenda and Patsy made to help me with my situation was highly commendable. Please thank your team for the effort and kindness they have shown me."
